One of the major causes of deaths all over the world are diseases such as heart attacks and the like that has something to do with lifestyle which includes the food we eat. Sometimes, we find it hard to control our craving on eating something. There comes a time when we overdose our selves with the foods that we eat causing us to gain weight beyond what’s normal for us.
